Buzbag Rezerv

5000 years + 15 it is a good wine for ageing for a period of 15 years. And it is ready and willing to worth each second. This special wine is produced from the most eligible Öküzgözü and Boğazkere grapes grown in Anatolia. Owing to the “production in place” approach deriving from the Terroir philosophy and the high tannin content, it can be aged up to 15 years under convenient conditions. It is a full bodied wine with a long finish, leaving blackberry, cinnamon, dark chocolate, caramel, tobacco and fennel aromas on nose and plum, pomegranate and sour cherry flavors on front palate. Varieties: Öküzgözü, Boğazkere Produced at: Elazığ Wine Production Facility Alcohol Content: 13,5 % Service and Storage Recommendations: Suits best with spicy dishes, dishes dressed with tomato, heavy meat with sauce, fatty and hard cheese. It can be aged up to 15 years under suitable conditions. We recommend you to consume this wine at a temperature of 17-19˚C.

 

   

Buzbag Dry Red Wine

Buzbağ Wine, taking its name from Buzluk caves has been produced from Öküzgözü grapes grown in Elazığ region and Boğazkere grapes grown in Diyarbakır region. This classical Turkish wine is a perfect match for the dishes of the Turkish cuisine. It can be enjoyed with local meat dishes and kebabs of Eastern Anatolia or can be taken as an appetizer alone. Recommended to be served at 16-18 °C. It can be matured in appropriate conditions for 4 years.

 

 

   

Buzbag Dry White Wine

Two proud Native Turkish grapes blended to create Buzbağ bring the concept to this white blend of Narince and Emir. Each varietal lends itself to the greater whole, the delicate aromas of Narince lift the rich texture of Emir to a greater sensory evolution. With a nose of lemon flower and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, Buzbağ Emir-Narince leaves lychee, apricot aromas on palate. It may be enjoyed with seafood, pasta with white sauce, grilled chicken, and fish. *Aged for four months in French oak barrels. Recommended to be served at 8-10ºC
